Safety and technical training |
|||
|
A one week technical training class is held at our corporate training facility. This establishes basic installation knowledge and provides hands on learning in our controlled in-house training environment. Skills learned include: |

Equipment safety and basic safety practices, including ladder handling and driving techniques |
|||
| Cable wire technologies |
|||
|
Proper tool usage including meters, drilling techniques and other necessary technical skills |
|||
|
Client and customer equipment training |
|||
| Customer service and education |
|||
| Proper paperwork and documentation requirements |
|||
|
A three week field training program: |

On the job training with experienced technicians |

Strong emphasis on customer service and customer education |

Periodic performance evaluations conducted by area managers |
